Important: If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the jillif platform. Continued use of jillif following the posting of any amendments to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
To register for and maintain an account on jillif, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active jillif account at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances pending investigation.
Prior to processing any withdrawal or allowing participation in real-money gaming, jillif is required by PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) framework to verify your identity. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification includes the PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, and UMID card. jillif reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

jillif will never request your password through any communication channel. Any message claiming to be from jillif that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
jillif accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods are subject to change without advance notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made through GCash, Maya, and GrabPay are typically credited to your jillif balance within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers and over-the-counter payments may take longer depending on the payment provider's processing schedule. jillif does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jillif processes approved withdrawal requests within a standard timeframe of 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and up to 3 banking days for bank transfers. jillif reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that match the account holder's verified identity.
All funds deposited to jillif must originate from sources legally owned by you. The use of jillif for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

All content on the jillif platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game content, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform — is the exclusive property of jillif or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use jillif solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of any jillif content without express prior written permission from jillif.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillif and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jillif platform, including but not limited to:
In all cases where jillif's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, jillif's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your jillif account balance at the time the relevant claim arose.
jillif collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the jillif Privacy Policy and the applicable provisions of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering on jillif, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jillif may be required to share your personal information with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine regulatory and law enforcement bodies in fulfilment of jillif's legal and compliance obligations. Such disclosures will be made in strict accordance with applicable law.
jillif is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. In accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework, jillif provides the following tools and measures for all registered players:
Either you or jillif may terminate your account at any time.
You may request the closure of your jillif account at any time by contacting support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure request, jillif will process any remaining eligible balance to your verified payment method after completing standard security and compliance checks. Account closures for responsible gaming reasons are processed with priority.
jillif may suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, if jillif determines that you have violated any provision of this Agreement; if jillif is required to do so by applicable law or PAGCOR directive; if jillif reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the jillif platform or its other users.
Upon termination for cause, jillif may forfeit all bonus balances. Real-money balances will be returned to you after the completion of any applicable investigation and the deduction of any amounts owed to jillif, unless the funds are subject to a legal hold or regulatory freeze.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of jillif or this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve such dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as applicable.
Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by jillif may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Protection division in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.
jillif reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jillif will provide notice to registered players by email to their registered address or by a prominent notice on the jillif platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the jillif platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using jillif and request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
